What has been updated:
1. New board with motor overcurrent protection, the ability to rotate the motor in both directions, more accurate battery monitoring, and app support (including over-the-air firmware updates and the possibility of adding new features in the future). Improved energy efficiency now allows operation from 9 AAA Li-ion or NiMH batteries.
2. New motor — more efficient and reliable, with a shaft that can be rotated manually, allowing the chain to be moved by hand when necessary.
3. New battery compartment designed for AAA batteries.
4. Volume and motor speed control through the app.

Great kit, the thing built itself. Each plug having its designated size is great and foolproof. Only thing is the wires might’ve been a little short but nothing some cutters to the axe didn’t fix.
