Physical Goods:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of physical goods, you may return the item for a refund within 20 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 to your original method of payment.

Digital Goods:

  • For digital goods, refunds are only available if the item has not been downloaded.
  • If the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • To request a refund for an undownloaded digital item, please contact us at order@alexgeekwork.shop within 10 of purchase.

Cancellations:

  • Orders for physical goods may be canceled prior to shipment. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy will apply.
  • Orders for digital goods can be canceled as long as the item has not been downloaded. Once the download has begun, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted.
