cylynder v2 x3.stl – The piston stroke has been increased, allowing the claws to open wider.
Dakka wranch v2.STL – The length has been increased for easier tightening.
Front body v2.STL – An additional spring mounting point has been added to increase tension.
trigger => handle v2.STL – The geometry has been redesigned to significantly increase strength. The load is now applied across the layers, and printing is more stable thanks to a flat orientation on the build plate.
Left claw full v2.stl and Right claw full v2.stl – The size has been slightly adjusted so the fully assembled claw now fits within a 250 mm build height, making it possible to print it as a single piece on Bambu Lab P1 printers.
Hand holder plug x2.STL => locker v2 x2.STL – An additional spring has been added to keep the arm holder in the folded position.
rail right v2.STL and rail left v2.STL – An additional spring mounting point has been added

A great model to print, everything printed without any problems, now once for me and once at 50% for my son. Everything can be screwed together very easily, the wrench is a great help. I also used some silicone spray so that it doesn’t squeak when screwing. The printed springs work well, but steel springs work better. I’m looking forward to the Power Fist!

Absolutely amazing design. Each part printed perfectly without any need of supports and very minimal clean-up required. The claw was super easy to build ( I slimmed down the piston rods and sheathed them in copper) and I even printed one in 67% scale for my grand son. I have a copy of each of Alex’s designs and will definitely be buying any and all future designs.

Amazing design, great instructions. On issue I had was one of the arm lock things snapped first time tightening down, reprinted with 3 walls and worked great ( think in your video you suggest the bolts and trigger be 3 walls)

Great model and well worth the price! Some of the bolts I found better to split and and print to make them sturdier. I also mixed materials and did a lot in abs which just shows how sturdy and good the files are. Overall a great little project which I will be making again as the first will be given away at a local warhammer 40K tournament.

Easily one the best projects I’ve ever printed. All the files are easy to set up and print with no supports at reasonable layer heights. I only had one issue with the trigger file near the end of the print but the threads still printed inside so I was still able to use the piece as intended! I also recommend printing some of the screws for the trigger with more infill as the pressure can cause them to snap. I used rubber bands for the tensioning and it works great! Can’t wait to paint it up and bring my next game night

Power Klaw was a great build, and Alex’s instruction video helped so much! The parts were even sliced well for medium printers, other than the “Main body parts 2 & 3,” which needed a lot of glue to hold together. If I rebuild it, I would print the whole Klaw smaller so I could make the Main Body all in one piece.

The power claw is amazing! I ended printing one for a friend for Christmas and a second at 60% scale for my two year old who was terrified of the original. She is now an absolute augmented menace. I do not recommend giving this to a child since they will 100% use it for evil. Alex’s prints are top tier, zero print failures just throwing it into slicer and letting it go.

It printer fantastically! Had no issues with printing the Klaw itself or putting it together. The only issue I experienced was printing the spring, the STL loaded upside down and would fail until I realized it. All the pieces to the klaw were well oriented that I took it for granted.
I love this Klaw and can’t wait for the new version!!
