The whole kit arrived intact with all necessary components except for the required batteries for the working chainblade part (definitely get those for assembly!) Assembly took a bit to figure out from the instructions provided, fortunately easy to put together when my significant other and I carefully studied the diagrams and the video tutorial. The decorative part at the top of the chainblade did prevent the chain from moving a bit, so do consider sanding the inside/hidden side of that portion before fitting/fixing it onto the top. Overall it is interesting and large (S.O. is somewhat concerned about the fulcrum part)!
